I called to make initial inquiries and Ray returned my call within 2 hours and provided an estimate the same day. His price was quite fair (I'd received other estimates). As promised, he called prior to the actual date of the service in order to confirm the job. He did additional work at my request on the day of the job -- again, at a reasonable price. His assistants were hardworking and courteous. Too many contractors are a disappointment in terms of their reliability or quality of work. Ray did everything as promised and did top notch work (pruning, tree removal, stump removal, cleanup). Work was done Aug 12, 2011.

Professionally done, excellent work. Everyone who was working was in a good mood, they were happy to be there working. At the end of the job, they made my yard cleaner than it was when they started. We had a tree removed from our front yard. We called. Hellmann's came to our house and provided an estimate. They arrived as scheduled and removed the tree. There was no mess left behind and it looks like the tree was never there. Very reasonable pricing. We would recommend Hellmann's to anyone.
